Roles and Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team!
  • Manage inbound / Outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information.
  • Understand every request and provide a solution to them.
  • Follow our company’s communication scripts & email templates. 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.
  • Must possess excellent communication skill with neutral accent.
  • Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
  • Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
