What You’ll Do:

As a Trainee AR Caller at SolvEdge, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of accounts receivable by contacting insurance companies, following up on outstanding claims, and gaining an understanding of payment patterns and denials. You will play a key role in the process of improving cash flow and ensuring timely resolution of claims under the guidance of experienced team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follow-Up on Outstanding Claims: Contact insurance companies to inquire about the status of unpaid claims and assist in resolving accounts receivable issues.
  • Learn Payment Analysis: Gain experience in analyzing payment trends and identifying reasons for underpayments or delays. Collaborate with senior team members to optimize follow-up strategies.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure claims are processed efficiently.
  • Assist in Resolving Denials: Identify denied claims, assist in understanding the reasons for denials, and work with senior AR team members to correct errors and resubmit claims.
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of follow-up actions, payment statuses, and denial resolutions to ensure a clear audit trail.
  • Learn Reporting: Assist in compiling data and generating reports to track accounts receivable performance and assist in identifying potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Freshers welcome! No prior experience required; however, any exposure to accounts, healthcare, or customer service is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic ability to understand and analyze payment trends and resolve basic issues with support.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with insurance companies and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office tools. Any exposure to medical billing software is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare billing, insurance processes, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and insurance filing limits is a plus but not required for freshers.
