Position Overview

The Product Client Engagement – Healthcare role serves as a critical bridge between product delivery and ongoing client operations. This role supports healthcare clients post-implementation by facilitating user adoption, enhancing product utilization, and reinforcing client satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, this position ensures that each client maximizes the value of Solvedge’s solutions through structured engagement, consistent communication, and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, providing guidance and support on product use and post-launch activities.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, virtual training sessions, and feedback discussions in collaboration with the Program Coordinator.
  • Maintain consistent communication with client stakeholders to align on usage goals, challenges, and optimization opportunities.

Product Adoption & Enablement

  • Monitor client product usage trends and identify low engagement or adoption risks, escalating to the Program Coordinator as needed.
  • Assist in the development of onboarding materials, training guides, and user documentation to support adoption efforts.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client enablement initiatives including webinars, Q&A sessions, and functional training workshops.

Feedback & Data Management

  • Gather and document client feedback to inform future product enhancements and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of client touchpoints, usage data, and feedback in CRM and internal systems.
  • Support client satisfaction surveys, analyze adoption metrics, and contribute insights to improve engagement outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Implementation, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client experiences across the engagement lifecycle.
  • Assist in the preparation of client-facing reports, meeting summaries, and engagement dashboards.
  • Escalate client issues or technical concerns promptly to appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.

Operational and Administrative Support

  • Support scheduling and coordination of client meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation of key action items.
  • Track engagement milestones, KPIs, and service deliverables to ensure alignment with internal goals and client expectations.
  • Ensure all client-facing documents, project notes, and status updates are accurately maintained and accessible.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, account coordination, or product support, ideally within a healthcare, SaaS, or health IT setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and terminology such as RCM, EHR, or payer systems is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and basic data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to learn and grow.
