This role involves understanding client needs, translating those into actionable plans, and coordinating with internal teams to produce high-quality proposals.

Primary Skills
RCM Expertise in US Healthcare:
- Review and Analyze RFPs: Understand client requirements, objectives, and evaluation criteria specific to US healthcare RCM.
- Create Proposals: Develop comprehensive proposals, including executive summaries, technical responses, and pricing models tailored to healthcare RCM.
- Internal Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with healthcare RCM services.
Proposal Writing:
- Develop Proposal Content: Write compelling and clear proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the company’s strengths in US healthcare RCM.
- Review and Edit Proposals: Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and meet RFP requirements
Analytical Skills:
- Assess Competitors: Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses in the US healthcare RCM market to position the proposal effectively.
- Examine RFPs: Determine project scope, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria specific to healthcare RCM.
Communication:
- Coordinate Internally: Inform and brief internal teams about RFP details and expectations.
- Client Interaction: Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams.
Secondary Skills
Risk Management:
- Identify Financial Risks: Recognize potential financial risks such as cost overruns and unfavorable contract terms in the healthcare RCM sector.
- Develop Risk Mitigation Strategies: Create strategies to address financial risks, such as performance bonds, insurance, or financial penalties.
Pricing Strategy:
- Develop Pricing Models: Create detailed pricing strategies, incorporating cost estimates and competitive considerations for healthcare RCM.
- Align Pricing: Ensure the pricing model aligns with the project scope and client requirements
Internal Collaboration:
- Gather Information: Work with various departments (e.g., finance, operations, and compliance) to gather and incorporate necessary information into proposals.
Final Review:
- Oversee Proposal Submission: Ensure the final proposal is accurate, compliant, and aligned with both client expectations and internal standards.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management).
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in proposal development within US healthcare RCM or a related field.
