What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a key role in expanding our business by
identifying sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales process from
lead generation to deal closure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients through various channels (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
- Client Engagement: Initiate conversations with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and present IT solutions effectively.
- Sales Support: Assist in product presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications to drive conversions.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6 months -1 year of proven experience in B2B IT Sales or a related field
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply

- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, Cloud services, or enterprise software.
- CRM & Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in sales.
