Full Stack Developer

We are keen to hire a Lead Developer to join our Team, to direct & manage the software development life cycle, from inception to climax, i.e., planning and prioritizing to testing and release

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative taking.

• Understanding the business area and user requirements – Study and understand the existing applications.

• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle

• Code reviews, exposure to continuous integration and ensure code developed meets the requirements

• Work proactively, independently and with multiple teams to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks

• Collaborate with an agile team of Product Managers, QA and other developers to deliver high quality products

• Training & mentoring the Junior developers

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

• 8+ years of working experience as Senior Developer

• Good delegation and time management skills

• Experience as a Technical Lead on multiple projects from inception to completion.

• Proven experience with JAVA/J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Rest, and Hibernate. 

•  Experience in implementing applications in SAAS/PAAS Environment using Java

•  Implementation experience in Junit & Mockito

• Must have experience in CI tools like Maven

• Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger

• Must have knowledge on Containerized Applications & UML and Software Design Pattern
